How Does the Individual Coaching Process Work?

The process is very simple. If there is a lack of knowledge, the coach provides training in that area. In all other situations, the individual is coached to perform in the manner best suited for who that person is. A coach helps the professional either develop or improve his/her style. Coaching is not an "off the shelf" solution where one size fits all. Every person in each staffing or recruiting company is treated as the unique and powerful individual he/she is.

How is Coaching Delivered?

In almost every case, individual coaching can be completed by telephone. And why not! A significant portion of our business is or can be transacted in a phone conversation. Not only is individual coaching by telephone effective, it is convenient and one of the most cost-efficient ways to receive support and guidance.

What's Included in Coaching Services?

Individual coaching requires an initial three-month commitment. The coaching fee is for "coaching as needed" and allows the individual being coached to contact the coach as often as needed by e-mail, fax, or phone. In addition, each individual coaching participant receives two hours of one-on-one scheduled coaching time each month. The participant chooses how to schedule that time.
