During his tenure in the industry, Scott set a number of records and received awards for top quarterly and yearly sales, fastest start-up of branch operations, increased contractor recruitment and retention, and leadership in generating client and candidate referrals.
Scott's work experience includes small, medium, and large staffing firms on both the temporary/contract and executive search sides of the business.
